Take the whole hilltop for a week.

Corporate Retreats · Up to 12 guests

Take the whole hilltop for a week.

Leadership teams, remote-first offsites and founder gatherings. One property, one group, no lobby, no other guests, no schedule but yours.

Why a private estate beats a resort conference room

01

Exclusive use

Your group is the only group. Gated entrance, four acres, two houses. Nothing to book around and no strangers in the photos.

02

Work happens outside

Open living volumes, long tables and shaded terraces make natural breakout space. Starlink and fiber internet keep calls and screen-shares reliable.

03

Nobody has to drive

Airport transfers and 4x4 shuttles are arranged. Chef and staff on site, so the day doesn't stall on logistics or lunch.

04

The place does the bonding

Macaws overhead, monkeys in the valley, surf at sunset, dinner cooked by someone from the other side of the world. No trust falls required.

What we arrange

Tell us the shape of the week. We'll handle the rest.

Every retreat is quoted per group — headcount, nights, meals and activities included. Send us the dates and we'll come back with a plan and a number.

Private chef
Breakfast through dinner, or just the nights that matter. Local fish, local produce.
Airport transfers & 4x4
Met at SJO or Tambor and driven up the mountain. Shuttles on call all week.
Starlink & fiber internet
Reliable enough for calls, screen-shares and a team that has to ship.
Yoga, surf & massage
Instructors and therapists come to you; mats on site. Surf lessons in Santa Teresa.
Full-time on-site staff
Housekeeping and maintenance Monday to Saturday, discreet and out of the way.
Excursions
Reserva Cabo Blanco hikes, boat days, waterfalls, Secret Beach, the fishing village.

A five-night shape

Half the day sharp, half the day alive

Day 1
Arrive and drop
Transfer up from the airport, rooms assigned across both houses, welcome dinner on the terrace as the sun goes down.
Day 2
The hard conversation
Long working morning at the big table, lunch by the pool, afternoon free. Nobody's watching the clock but you.
Day 3
Off the property
Boat day, Cabo Blanco, or surf in Santa Teresa. The best strategy talks happen in the water.
Day 4
Build the plan
Breakout groups on the terraces, one screen, one decision. Chef handles the rest of the day.
Day 5
Land it and leave slowly
Commitments on paper before breakfast, last swim, late transfer out.

Logistics, before you ask

Anything not answered here, ask us directly — we answer within the hour, and we live here.
How many people fit?
Five bedrooms across two houses, up to 12 guests. Ten sleep in beds; twelve works with two on the couches. The sweet spot for working groups is 8–10.
Minimum stay?
5 nights when you take the whole estate. Shorter stays possible for a single house, subject to availability.
Is there meeting space?
Two open living-and-dining volumes, long tables, and shaded terraces. Tell us your AV needs and we'll set it up before you land.
How do we get there?
SJO to the estate is a 4–5 hour drive, or fly into Tambor and drive an hour. We arrange either. A 4x4 is required on the final climb.
Can you feed us?
Yes — private chef for the full stay or select meals, plus two full kitchens and a dozen good restaurants five minutes down the mountain.
What's the best season?
December through April is dry and bright. Green season is quieter and greener, with rain in the afternoons and better rates.
